June 2021 Dungeon Crate Unboxing

We hope June kicks off a summer of gaming for you, adventurer. Our June 2021 crate is packed with an original, full-length Pathfinder adventure that has easy modifications for 5e built right in plus an exclusive GM screen, huge map, coordinating minis, and so much more. Here’s all the loot we included:

Full Set of Polyhedral Dice in Velvet Bag - Assorted Colors

You say you have enough dice but we know that’s a lie. Grow your collection with this full set of polyhedral dice in a handsome velvet bag.

14.78ml Paint - Reaper Miniatures

You’ve been asking for more paint for all those minis we’ve given you. Your wish is our command. This paint from Reaper is highly pigmented with a matte finish, is water soluble, and its dropper style bottle means you can use it with an airbrush or paint brush. Did you get Blade Steel (a DC favorite), Goblin Skin, or Hodag Green?

Pathfinder Goblin Pyros #89002 - Reaper Miniatures

Speaking of minis to paint, our adventure pits your players against a pack of pesky goblins. Use this set of four detailed polymer goblin minis to represent the horde. The goblins were sculpted by Ben Siens, come from the Pathfinder Bones line, and are ready for you to paint and use in this month’s adventure or any skirmish involving nasty little goblins. If you got the goblin skin green paint, here’s your chance to try it out.

Burrowing Horror #77372 - Reaper Miniatures

This savage beastie doesn’t care if you call it a hodag, bulette, or burrowing horror. He’s just here to rip and shred your party to pieces. The hodag was sculpted by Jason Wiebe, is part of the Bones Dark Heaven line, and is ready to paint or play straight from the box. If hodag green paint was in your crate, slather it on this horror and set him on your game table.

Dungeon Crate Exclusive - Cut-Out Terrain

Cut neatly along the red dotted lines and boom, you’ve got yourself a collection of path blockers to use in your next quest. These terrain pieces range from irritating rock piles to deadly acid pools. They’re an original design by Dungeon Doodles and made exclusively for Dungeon Crate. These are perfectly scaled to work with dungeon tiles. Lucky you, we include a dungeon tile on the back of each Dungeon Crate insert. Check it out!

Dungeon Crate Exclusive - Beasts of Burden by James Rodehaver

June’s original, full-length adventure was written by Jim Jam of Dragons and Things fame. It’s suitable for fifth level characters and, while designed for Pathfinder second edition, it offers parenthetical modifications so you can easily play it with the fifth edition of the world’s most popular roleplaying game, too.

Here’s what your party is in for:  When an earthquake strikes, relief efforts from surrounding communities pour in to help the struggling victims. Among those badly needed resources are a team of pack animals laden with supplies. Herding these beasts to the rescue should be no problem for a group of seasoned adventurers, right?

Dungeon Crate Exclusive - 12x18 Map of the Collapsed Farmhouse

Immerse your players in the adventure by showing them this full-color visual of the collapsed farmhouse, once they get there. Grids make for easy game play. This is an exclusive Dungeon Crate map to use with our Beasts of Burden adventure.

Dungeon Crate Exclusive - Beasts of Burden GM Screen

This exclusive GM screen is a great way to keep your players in the dark while still giving them a glimpse of what might be in store for them as you run them through the Beasts of Burden. Players see the landscape leading to Ply, you see handy stats and vital info on the back that is for your eyes only.

Dungeon Crate Exclusive - Skrek Crate Card

Here are the large, scaly beasts that play the title role in this month’s adventure. This card gives you not only stats for Pathfinder and 5e, but also a full-color image so you know exactly what you’re dealing with. Use it to play our Beasts of Burden adventure or any other fantasy RPG.

Dungeon Crate Exclusive - Herder’s Signal Crate Card

With this enchanted reed pipe, you can tame beasts great and small. The card includes a full-color image of the pipe as well as stats on the back for handy reference. Use it to play our Beasts of Burden adventure and store it in your bag of holding for use another day.

Dungeon Crate Exclusive - Free Digital Crate Access

All Dungeon Crate members get access to PDFs of June’s adventure, the map, stat cards, and plenty of other digital goodies by accessing your digital crate. We only keep the digital crates up for a few months so be quick about signing in with your code (found on your insert or in the email we sent) and saving the PDFs for when you’re ready to play.
